Once a year you get to throw everything that is blocking your chi, lurking in closets and basements out into the street.

Then everyone runs around snatching up everyone else´s chi blockers. So happy to have free furniture and sinks!

My neighbor Max who is 98 years old was out shoveling leaves out of the gutter and tossing them into a trash can he was dragging around. Very inspiring.

Usually my neighbor Max has his sidewalk shoveled in the winter mornings before I´ve even had my coffee.

From my backyard, I can hear my 12 year old neighbor, Lydia having a giggling, screaming girl party!
