Purple skies, an orange tree, and a lime green house---the perfect neighborhood. |
| |
| |
These neighborhoods in Fruit Loop colors not only represent a actual street, but any place, café, library, egroup, or blog where we share our dreams, heal our pain, toast another day to start all over. |

My neighborhood is filled with 100 year old houses and a scattering of small businesses on the corners. |
| |
| |
There´s a bakery at the bottom of my street with the best Ciabatta in the world. |

I am walking distance from rootbeer floats at Hatch´s Family Chocolates, an important neighborhood criteria. |
| |
| |
Next to Hatch´s is a Tibetan resturant, Shambala. I had the curry peas and tofu just last night along with the company of the Stinson clan; Mike, Bonnie and Bree. |

If I were more ambitious, I could even walk to my Kundalini yoga class. |

One of my favorite neighborhood events is "Throw Your Junk Out Into the Street Day". |
| |
| |
Once a year you get to throw everything that is blocking your chi, lurking in closets and basements out into the street. |
| |
| |
Then everyone runs around snatching up everyone else´s chi blockers. So happy to have free furniture and sinks! |
